Hello friends and neighbors,
It has been a pleasure and honor to get to know you and serve Larkspur/Greenbrae this past year and a half. I focused on my priorities below with public health and safety as my compass. None of it has been accomplished alone — local governance requires collaboration among public agencies, staff, and engaged citizens working through consensus.
I’m just getting started, and I need another four years to see the work through. If re-elected, I promise to keep working toward a livable, inclusive Larkspur that thrives and is resilient.

My 4 Continued Priorities... and My Progress
Lead on Climate & Conservation
I remain committed to protecting and preserving Larkspur’s natural resources. I am spearheading progress on Larkspur’s Climate Action Plan through implementation of focused actions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Larkspur needs to lead not lag on climate and resiliency for the health and safety of our residents.

- Native habitat garden with sustainable landscaping that enhances biodiversity
Adoption of the CalGreen Tier 1 Building Codes
Adoption of a Carbon Offset Policy
Continue my efforts to secure TAM/MCE grants to bring curbside charging to Larkspur and expand our current infrastructure for tenants and multifamily properties.
Improve Civic Engagement & Participation
I remain committed to working with Resilient Neighborhoods, Cool the Earth, Zero Waste Marin, Marin Sanitary Services and other climate focused organizations to promote fun ways to engage the community and promote climate wise actions to protect the planet.
If re-elected, I will continue my efforts to bring a mini triathalon to Larkspur which will celebrate multi-generation team participation and drive economic vitality.

Implement Affordable Housing Solutions
I believe our priority should be to address the housing shortage through implementation of the Housing Element per Larkspur’s 2040 General Plan.
I will work with the City to ensure Larkspur residents get the state and federal housing funds that are available for lower income and senior residents to assist in keeping them housed.
Progress
As Larkspur’s Council Representative to the Ross Valley Sanitary District, I continue to strengthen Larkspur’s relationship with the District staff, while closely monitoring and ensuring a plan for sustainable development of 250 new homes 20% of which will be affordable.
On the Community Development Block GrantPriority Setting Committee, I supported allocating $.5M funding from HUD toward Oak Hill housing project in Larkspur
My appointment to the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) will give me the opportunity to shape the upcoming 7th cycle of RHNA which will cover the planning period 2031-2039.
Promote Health & Safety
I continue to collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency management to ensure the highest levels of safety in our community.
I support the RVPA special parcel tax and strongly urge you to vote in favor of the tax. This shared service with neighbors in Fairfax, San Anselmo, Ross and Corte Madera provides paramedic and pre-hospital emergency medical services throughout Central Marin.
As a member of TAM, I will continue to support innovation programs to enhance traffic flow design, leveraging data and AI.
Focus on creating a safer, more equitable, and sustainable transportation future for Marin County through implementing the CBTP. Advocate for and help secure funding to build a direct connector at the US 101/I-580 Multi-Modal Local Access Improvement Project approved by voters in 2018.
I will continue to vote for TAM to support AB1569 and AB1942 to further set standards for e-bike registration and safety measures.
